During the series of 3 sessions, we will work together to identify areas of growth or challenges you face as a First-Gen/BIPOC leader. We will look at the root cause of these blocks and develop a strategic action plan to unblock them.

As First-Gen/BIPOC leaders we are often having to figure it out on our own, situations like being the only one or one of few people who look like us in organizations mean that there is often no one to guide us. Often we are also raised to be hyper-independent, making it hard to seek or accept help. All of these things get in the way.

But 2023 can be different! You deserve to have it feel different! These sessions will help you take control of how you will make your own mark in your leadership journey.

How it works:

• Schedule your first appointment using the “sign me up” button on this page!

• In our first session, we will identify the problem and challenges you face as a First Gen and/or BIPOC Leader.

• Then, you will take the EQ Assessment on your own before our next session.

• Session #2: We will go over your EQ Assessment results and identify 2-3 areas of development and growth.

• Session #3: Together we will create an individualized Leadership Development Plan for 2023 that will help you grow as a leader.
