  • The audit is a 30-minute session where we review the results of a short team survey completed by you and three leadership team members. We’ll discuss key themes that emerge, identify areas for improvement, and I’ll provide tailored recommendations to help your team become more aligned and effective.

  • The person booking the audit (usually a senior leader or decision-maker) will provide the emails of three leadership team members. These individuals should represent different perspectives on the team’s dynamics, such as senior managers, department heads, or other key leaders. The decision-maker will also complete the survey.

  • After the audit, you will receive a summary of key insights from the discussion, along with tailored recommendations for strengthening your leadership team. If you’re interested in further support, I’ll share details on next steps, including workshops or ongoing coaching options.

  • I understand that schedules can be demanding, but this survey is intentionally brief (5-7 minutes) and provides immediate value to your team. Having team members participate ensures that we get a well-rounded perspective and can make the audit session as impactful as possible.
